Context
Navigation and search page must be built in a way that users who use other IT-systems learn the usage of the given system without having to read a manual or need to ask someone.
Trigger
User who has never used the system before (but uses other IT systems in general) has to find a specific article.
Acceptance Criteria
- System’s search page displays article as search result when asked for it
- 95% of users find search page and then the article in less than two minutes
- No manual reading or assistance required for first-time users
